If your child has received a scholarship from the Day Dreams Foundation in the past, you may fill out the renewal form below. The renewal does NOT need to be for the same activity. Please note that scholarships are not guaranteed and are subject to funding availability at the time of application. Applications are reviewed in the order they are COMPLETED. In order to be complete, we must have current financial eligibility on file for your child, and you must have completed a post-activity survey within the past year.
Priority is given to recreational-level sports programs, ongoing music/dance/theater/art/STEM classes, and equipment to allow participation in such. At this time, we are not able to provide funding for any summer camps.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your child’s scholarship renewal. If you need to fill out the Post-Activity Survey, it can be found on THIS PAGE.
